About Endless Momentum
Endless Momentum Volleyball Club is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, founded in 2019 to grow the sport of volleyball across northeastern Pennsylvania — Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties.
We're a nonprofit on purpose. Nobody here profits from your family's investment in this sport — every dollar goes back into coaching, court time, and player development. That structure shapes everything else about how this club runs: decisions get made for players, not for a bottom line.
Our mission is simple to say and hard to do: develop skilled, confident volleyball players inside an environment where every athlete — regardless of age or ability — is known, challenged, and cared for. We believe those aren't competing goals. The players who develop fastest are the ones who feel safe enough to fail, compete, and try again.
Our Club Values
Effort
Effort is the one thing every player fully controls, so it's the thing we praise most — independent of the score. A player who empties the tank in a loss hears about it. A player who coasts through a win does too.
Passion
Our job isn't just to build players for this season. It's to build people who still love this game at 25 — playing rec leagues, coaching their own kids, staying in the sport for life. Every practice either feeds that love or drains it. We take that seriously.
Respect
Officials, opponents, teammates, the game itself. How our players treat the down ref at an 8 a.m. match says more about this club than any result that day. We coach it accordingly.
Integrity
We tell families the truth — about playing time, about where a player stands, about what it will take to get where she wants to go. Fair, consistent, and transparent isn't a slogan here; it's how hard conversations get handled.
Dedication
We ask for real commitment — to the team, to teammates, to showing up prepared. And we hold ourselves to the same standard: prepared coaches, planned practices, and full attention on every player in the gym.
Excellence
High standards, held warmly. We set them clearly, coach toward them daily, and never use them as a reason to make a player feel small. The standard is the standard — and every player gets genuine help reaching it.
Building Community
We are more than the last win or loss. This club exists to unite people around something bigger than a scoreboard — supporting our teammates, respecting our opponents, and giving back to the NEPA communities that fill our gym.
